Anxiety Disorders: People with anxiety disorders will respond to certain objects or situations with fear and fear, characterized by physical symptoms such as rapid heartbeat and cold sweat. If the response is inappropriate, cannot be controlled, or interferes with daily life, it could be an anxiety disorder, such as generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, or specific phobia. 2. Obsessive-Compulsive (OCD): Well, OCD is like having thoughts that keep disturbing you, then to deal with them, this person likes to carry out certain rituals or routines. For example, those who are afraid of germs always wash their hands. 6. Histrionics: This histrionic person seems to really like being the center of attention. They use dramatization, excessive emotional expression, so that other people focus on them. Drama queen alert! 7. Schizoid: This is the opposite of histrionics. Schizoid people prefer to be alone, not very interested in social interaction. So, they enjoy their own activities more. 8. Paranoid: So paranoid people have a tendency to always feel suspected or betrayed for no apparent reason. They are wary and have difficulty trusting people. 9. Anorexia Nervosa: Anorexia is about excessive fear of being overweight, to the point that people eat very little. Seriously, they can feel fat even though they're not. 10. JOMO is about finding contentment in the moment and appreciating the benefits of not being constantly involved in every social or cultural happening. 17. Languishing Languishing is like being stuck, I see. You feel like you can't get anything positive from the current situation. So, it feels like life has no meaning and you lose your enthusiasm. Some other signs include difficulty focusing, overthinking and anxiety about the future. 18. Textiety Textiety That's when you're anxious or uneasy because you haven't received or sent a short message. For example, if you don't reply to your chat, it could make you restless! 19. Duck Syndrome Duck Syndrome is like pretending to be cool, but actually dealing with a lot of problems. Like a duck that is calm on the surface, but under water is working hard. So, sometimes we pretend to be fine so we don't look defeated. 20. Gaslighting Gaslighting is like boss-style manipulation, guys! People who gaslight you will make you confused with yourself, I see. The goal is to make him appear powerful and able to control you. Not very healthy, right? 21. Dissociative Disorders: People with this disorder experience severe disturbances or changes in memory, consciousness, identity, and general awareness of themselves and their surroundings.
